Boswellia by Nature's Formulary is formulated to help individuals maintain healhty Joint Function.
Lifestyle suggestions:
1.Individuals of dominant Vata Dosha are susceptible to joint conditions. Painful, cracking even arthritic joints are manifestations of Vata imbalances. Boswellia provides relief to stiff and painful joints.
2.Kapha individuals can have difficulty maintaining fluid balance of the joints, sometimes exacerbated by weight. Boswellia helps in Joint balancing.
3. Vata types would do well to get a massage. They should prefer warm, moist foods, particularly when joints are not well; and in cold, dry climates.
Ingredients: Boswellia (Boswellia serrata) (Resin extract) standardized for 150 mg. Boswellic Acids 230 mg
Other Ingredients: Capsule (plant-derived Cellulose), Cellulose powder, Magnesium stearate, Silica.
Suggested Use: One capsule three times a day with meals.
Usage Precautions: Bosweliia has been used safely in India for several centuries. We suggest this product not be used if you are pregnant or nursing. Very few users report mild stomach gas, particularly when taken on empty stomach.
