I have really bad feet, like really bad! I used to get cortisone injections (SUPER PAINFUL) for my bone spurs, but I have been using this now for several months and it helps so much! The pain isn't totally gone, but is dulled to the point where I often don't notice it throughout the day. I am super excited I found this!

I have a tendency to throw my back out and use this when I do or when I notice minor aches and pains. I think it works really well and pretty quickly.
