Suggested Use: Swallow 2 caps (capsules) with water in the morning. Repeat 4-6 hours later. Begin by assessing your tolerance with 1 cap per day for 2-3 days before increasing your dosage by 1 cap per day up to the maximum recommended dosage of 4 caps daily. Do not take more than 2 caps every 4-6 hours.
