Black Bean Salsa RecipeIngredients:- 1 medium can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 medium can corn, drained
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1 tomato, diced
- Juice of 2-3 limes
- 4-5 green onions, diced
- 1 small can sliced black olives, drained
- ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Instructions: Mix all ingredients together and let sit for about one hour to marinate, and soak up flavors. Serve with baked tortilla chips or tostadas. Enjoy!
