Do I get a tracking number from USPS, UPS or FedEx?

Yes! When we process your order, you get a tracking number emailed to you from USPS, UPS or FedEx after 4:00 pm EST so you can track your order right to your doorstep! An accurate email address is required.

Are these the same products we see for twice as much on other sites?

Yes! We have been involved in the Health and Fitness Industry for over 15 years, and work hard to find the best health products and supplements on the market. Our vast experience, along with our purchasing power and the ability to buy direct from the manufacturer is why we are able to offer such competitive pricing.

I was on another site that brought me to i-Supplements. What does that mean?

We have an extremely large affiliate program with over 1000 different members. Keep in mind that we do not have direct relationships with all our affiliates, nor do we have any ownership interest or partnerships with them. Occasionally, an affiliate may have incorrect product information and they may not be up to date with our most current promotions.

Be sure that you are purchasing exactly what the affiliate is stating. We cannot accept responsibility or offer any refunds for their inconsistencies. Please email us the affiliate page URL so we can contact them to fix any incorrect information.

In what type of packaging is my order shipped?

We understand the need for privacy so our orders are shipped in plain brown boxes, USPS priority mail boxes, or padded envelopes. The shipping label will say "Fulfillment Dept" to ensure further privacy.


We will gladly accept returns on unopened merchandise. However, returns are not accepted on any opened merchandise or special orders.

All unopened merchandise can be returned within 30 days for exchange or credit. Any order received after 30 days of purchase will be returned to the customer. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please follow our return procedure and we will be happy to work with you to accommodate your needs.
In order to process your return, we ask that you contact us via email or phone so we can mark your order as a return.

If you fail to contact us prior to returning your order, the package will be marked "return to sender" and sent back to you.

What if I do not like the product?

As stated in our return policy, we will gladly accept returns on unopened merchandise. However, returns are not accepted on any opened merchandise or special orders.


All orders are photographed with a digital camera and tripled check for accuracy. All shortages are to be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Please keep the original packaging. Please report all damages within 24 hours so we may file a claim with the shipper. Email us at Report Damages or Shortages Be certain to state your order number. Once we file the claim we can re-ship your damaged product.

If we shorted you a product on your order, we will re-ship that product ASAP at no extra cost to you.

What if my order was delivered but it is not at my house?

First of all, check with your neighbors, rental offices, behind bushes or in a side door of your home. You might be surprised how many people call us back and tell us that their package was in one of those places. Once you have done those things, and you still cannot find your package, then call us. We will file a claim with the carrier and they will start an investigation. Once their investigation is complete and they cannot locate the package, we will then re-ship your order.

How do I cancel my order? 

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a 10% processing fee. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned by the customer for a 20% restocking fee. Filing a chargeback with your credit card company and receiving the package is a felony. i-Supplements reports all internet crime to the proper authorities and turns the person over to our collection lawyers. Customers filing chargebacks are responsible for all fees incurred to collect the debt.

How you handle additional shipping charges for overweight items?

Extra shipping charges can occur if your package weighs over 5 lbs. Items such as Proteins, Ready to Drinks, and Liquids are very heavy and will require additional shipping.

In the event that your order exceeds 5 lbs., various attempts are made to contact you via email and phone to obtain your approval before we will charge for additional shipping. When you submit your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email without the added shipping. A second email will be sent with the updated shipping cost. If you do not respond to our inquiries after 3 business days, then the order will be cancelled and you will be refunded your purchase amount.

We will not expedite heavy shipments and we will call you about your rate if your order is an excessive rate!

The label or ingredients are different

Manufacturers continually change product specifications. While we try our best to keep product descriptions up to date, they do not necessarily reflect the latest information available from the manufacturer. We are not responsible for incorrect or outdated product descriptions and/or images.

Can I combine coupons?
