When will my order ship?

We process orders Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. We get most orders out the same or next day.  Please allow 7-14 business days for orders to arrive. If we have a problem getting your product in stock we will notify you by email or phone. *Please note - not all items sold on our site are readily available in our warehouse and will need to be special ordered to complete your shipment. If so, your order should process and ship within several business days from the day when it was ordered.

We do not process order's after 1PM EST or on Saturday's and Sundays.


Typically, all in-stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hrs. If an item is out of stock and is not expected within 48 hours, we will email you and give you a projected ship date. Please make sure you provide a correct shipping and email address on your order.

Incorrectly Inputting Shipping Information

If you incorrectly input your address, forget to add your suite or apartment number, input your zip code incorrectly, you will be charged a fee. No questions asked! USPS, UPS and FedEx both charge i-Supplements a fee to send it back or to intercept your package when they can not find your shipping destination. If you want your order re-shipped it will be the original shipping cost of your order plus the fee. If you want to cancel the order, your credit will be minus the fee, 20% re-stock fee and minus the original shipping cost. So please double and triple check your address after you input it. We do not want to charge these fee's to you.

What is Package Delivery Insurance?

Insure your package arrives every time. For $1.99 your package delivery is guaranteed, no questions asked. $1.99 covers your package 100%. If you package is ever lost, stolen or damaged during shipping it is replaced and re-shipped at no cost to you.

Package Insurance does not cover International Shipments.

Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped either USPS, UPS or FedEx. USPS generally tends to be more affordable with smaller packages (less than 3 pounds), so please keep this in mind when ordering.

Flat Rate Super Saver is a flat $7.45 for any order under 2 pounds. Any order over 2 pounds, then standard shipping rates will apply. (See below) By choosing this method your order will either be shipped USPS, UPS or FedEx (you do not get the option). All orders should arrive no more than 3-8 business days from when it was placed. (Only valid on USA orders - excluding HI and AK and US Territories).

USPS Priority Rate is $8.95 plus $1.00 per each additional item. Any order over 5 pounds, you will be called or emailed with an exact shipping quote to make sure you are OK with the cost.

USPS Priority Mail (Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories). Shipments start at $9.95 and 1.00 for each additional item. If your order is over 5 pounds, we will email what the shipping cost will be. Your order will not be shipped until you approve the new total. All orders will be shipped U.S.P.S. Priority Mail.

USPS Express Mail (1-2 days arrival time) is $29.95 plus $1.00 per each additional item. Any order over 5 pounds, you will be called or emailed with an exact shipping quote to make sure you are good with the revised shipping cost.

Ground (FedEx/UPS) is $11.95 plus $1.00 per each additional item. Any order over 5 pounds, there will be additional shipping charges. See below.

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes! When we process your order, you get a tracking number emailed to you after 4pm EST the day your order ships so you can track the order right to your doorstep! We need an accurate email to get this to you.

Shipping to Canada:

Canada USPS Priority/UPS/FedEx International Ground

The cost is 26.99 and 1.00 for each additional item. If the order is over 5 pounds we will call or email you with a new price. Please read below as international rules apply to Canadian orders as well.

PLEASE NOTE: If you select FedEx or UPS for your Canadian shipment, you may be charged an additional fee for delivery. This fee is completely out of I-Supplements control.

Canada USPS 1st Class Shipping

The cost is 17.99 and 1.00 for each additional item. If the order is over 5 pounds we will call or email you with a new price as the 1st class option is only valid up to a certain weight. Please read below as for the rules apply to Canadian order as well. No tracking info is provided and can take up to 30 days or longer to deliver.

What about International orders?*

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - PLEASE NOTE: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS, TAXES, AND DUTIES YOU MAY INCUR. By submitting your international order on i-Supplements, you agree to our International shipping terms and regulations. 

What is International Priority Mail?

If you pick this option it is $42.99 and $1.00 for each additional item. It will arrive in 2-8 weeks. If an item is ordered that happens to be illegal in your particular country and it is confiscated, you are still responsible for full payment. Tracking and proof of delivery of International Priority Mail packages is almost impossible and customs may not notify you that the package has been confiscated so you will still be responsible for the full value of the order.

Please make sure your email address is correct and a valid phone number is given. This will help ensure that you get your order.

If your order is over 5 pounds we will email you the exact cost of what it will cost to ship. The order will not ship until you approve the new shipping total.

What about customs in my country?

It is impossible for us to know every countries customs policies as they frequently change. It is up to YOU to check your countries customs policies and only order IF it is accepted into your country. We will not refund an order if it is taken or lost by your country.

  • We do not guarantee delivery of these shipments and no refunds will be given on lost, returned or damaged shipments.
  • Delays in international shipping are typical and lead times can extend beyond 8 weeks.
  • If customer refuses to take delivery on an order they are still responsible for all charges incurred from the order.
  • Customer is responsible for all fees involved to collect payment for orders.
  • i-Supplements is not responsible for orders after leaving the United States.
  • We are not responsible for Duties and Customs.
  • We are not responsible for finding and informing you about your country's Customs regulations.
  • We are not responsible for any confiscations done by your Government for any reason whatsoever.
  • You agree not to file a charge-back if order is confiscated, lost or damaged.

How do you ship to the military?

We use the U. S. Post Office for all APO and other military forwarding addresses. It is difficult to tell you how long it takes due to where you may be in the military. On average shipments take 5-7 business days to deliver.

What type of packaging is my order shipped in?

We understand the need for privacy so our orders are shipped in brown boxes or padded envelopes. For further privacy, the shipping label will state "Fulfillment Company" instead of i-Supplements.
