Salmon and Cream Cheese Bagels

Ingredients:

  • 7 oz. canned salmon
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp. Horseradish
  • 4 oz. fat free cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tbsp. Minced onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 whole bagels—whole wheat or onion


Directions:

Combine all ingredients, except bagels, in bowl. Spread on top of bagel halves equally. Makes two servings.

This sandwich is also very high in calcium. You could melt a slice of your favorite cheese to add more calcium and protein, but you would also add to the fat!
