I originally called this merchant to order a product I found online, but ended up purchasing another product more suitable to my needs. Here is an overview of my thoughts and experience with this merchant.
1. I was thrilled that a live person answered the phone! I didnt get recordings with lots of different options (for this, press 1--you know) AND, even better, I reached a real live American who spoke ENGLISH. My call wasnt outsourced to India or some other country where communication is difficult and stressful.
2. The person with whom I spoke was very knowledgeable about the products offered and did not hesitate to share information in helping me select a product that suited my needs perfectly.
3. He also didnt make me feel rushed (like he didnt have time for me), unimportant, or ignored. Within a half hour, McKenzie informed me that my orange flavored SuperPump 250 was not available in stock, but there were other flavor options to choose from. First, I was blown away at the immediate response time from your company, and the professional attitude that McKenzie exuded. She was direct and to-the-point, and was apologetic on behalf of her company for the oversight. After I informed her that it was a non-issue, she was persistent in making sure that I left a happy customer and sent some sample packs with my inital order. Such actions were not necessary, but greatly appreciated.
As for the timliness of the order, it arrived at my address on 11/10/2008 with no complications. That is a full 3 business days, and far sooner than I expected. I imagine that if it weren't for the weekend, I would have received it sooner.
On a parting note, I called the customer service number to see where I can forward my compliments, and she even invited me to call again to discuss the products that I purchased, along with any inquiries about the products your company has on stock!
