The Ultimate Mushroom Burger is a mouth watering item packed with flavor and nutrition. Start by seasoning the Angus with salt and pepper and grill to desired doneness. Brush both sides of the portabellas with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper, grill 10 minutes per side. Melt butter in a medium fry pan. Add sliced mushrooms and sherry, and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes over medium heat. To assemble, top each portabella with a burger, add mushroom slices and grated cheese.
